WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES IN WEIGHT MANAGEMENT?

In this article we shall explore the challenges and solutions to consistent workout.

There’s some hardship encountered by many of us when it comes to keeping up with our weight.We get challenged somehow due to our daily routine and we loose track of our target per day. We would love to explore or rather mention some of the challenges we tend to encounter during our quest for either weight gain or weight loss.

  1. “I will start tomorrow.”

The mentality that today isn’t the right day to begin working out or putting on the table a proper diet makes one lag behind.

2. Inconsistency in personal physical exercise.

Sometimes we tend to allocate ghost hours to our work out.This are the hours that we get much engaged in more important errands that are highly unavoidable.Therefore time discipline when drafting a work out session timetable is an important factor to look at.

3. Wearing oversize clothing.

Many of us are victims to the trend of filling our wardrobes with ill fitting clothes.This is because we think that they fit well but they don’t it’s the satisfaction that comes with them.The belly doesn’t show perhaps.Putting on well fitting and comfortable clothing helps in tracking weight gain or loss.

4. “It’s the weekend.”

Many of us get lost in this term we do a lot of barbecues,drink lots of wines,drink lots of caffeinated drinks,engage in other unhealthy consumption making our weight watch go back to zero.

Conclusion.

Now i believe we have an idea on how to keep up to speed with our weight.
